Blue Heron Tortellini


  • 1 poundpackage fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cupsliced black olives
  • 1 bunchgreen onions, sliced
  • ½ tspsalt
  • 1 bottleRiverhouse Blue Cheese Dressing


Cook 1 pound tortellini as directed in water, drain, rinse and chill.

In large bowl combine red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, black olives, green onions and salt. Gently add tortellini and pour in dressing. Toss gently.
