Mac & Cheese Salad


  • 1 poundelbow macaroni
  • 1 cupgrated sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cupgrated Pepper Jack Cheese
  • ½ cupAsiago Cheese
  • 4sliced green onions
  • 2celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1 cupmayonnaise
  • 1 bottleRiverhouse Tillamook Cheddar & Chive dressing
  • Salt to taste


Cook 1 pound elbow macaroni as directed, drain, rinse and chill.

In large bowl, combine sharp cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, asiago cheese, green onions, celery stalks, mayonnaise and Riverhouse dressing. Stir in elbow macaroni until all ingredients are combined. Add salt to taste.
