Pick up a few green onions with some celery stalks and you’re off to the mixing bowl. Toss in some fine cheeses and you’re almost there. 1 pound elbow macaroni
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup grated Pepper Jack Cheese
½ cup Asiago Cheese
4 sliced green onions
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 bottle Riverhouse Cheddar & Chive dressing
Salt to taste
Cook 1 pound elbow macaroni as directed, drain, rinse and chill.
In large bowl, combine sharp cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, asiago cheese, green onions, celery stalks, mayonnaise and Riverhouse Cheddar and Chive dressing. Stir in elbow macaroni until all ingredients are combined. Add salt to taste.
